How do I find the size that will fit best?
Please take the time to measure and compare your measurements to our size guide. We intentionally made LilaPants with stretch fabric and a hidden elastic waistband to offer flexibility among different body types. We also cut the pants to accommodate longer legs. Feel free to hem as needed for your perfect fit. See our size guide.
The style/size/color I want is out of stock. When will it be back in stock?
If something is unavailable, you can sign up for back-in-stock email alerts. We will let you know as soon as it arrives in our warehouse!
What payment methods are accepted?
LilaPants accepts Visa, MasterCard, America Express, Discover, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, PayPal and Afterpay.
Where does LilaPants ship?
We ship to all 50 states as well as the District of Columbia (no P.O. Boxes).
When will my order ship?
We try to process orders as quickly as possible, but it is just Jenny, Matt, Lila and Georgia packing orders right now, and we have school, homework, and sports. Orders placed Monday-Friday are usually shipped within 48 hours. Please note that during high-volume periods (holidays, sales, etc.) it may take a little longer. Orders placed over the weekend are usually shipped the next business day. If you need your order faster, please place your order before noon ET and use expedited shipping.
How quickly will my order arrive?
Once processed, we ship via UPS Ground (unless you choose an expedited method). Standard Ground is delivered within 5-7 business days to most locations in the U.S., although it is often sooner.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free for orders over $400. All other orders will be shipped with the best rate calculated by distance, weight, etc.
How can I track my order?
Once we ship your order, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder.
Return Policy
Items should be returned new, unused, and with all tags still attached. If any tag has been removed, the item is not returnable. Return shipping will be paid by customer. Exchanges must be postmarked within 15 days of receipt, and returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt. Items purchased with a discount up to 20% are non-refundable but can be returned for an exchange or store credit. Items purchased at over a 20% discount are final sale and non-returnable. LilaPants reserves the right to refuse any return if the merchandise returned does not comply with our return policy.
All clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return. Original shipping fees are not returnable.
If anything arrives damaged or defective, please return it for an exchange using a return label that we will email to you.
How long does it take to get my refund?
Allowing for shipping and processing, it can take up to 2 weeks to complete. However, we will work as quickly as we can! Please be advised that sometimes your bank requires a few days to process and post this transaction after they receive the information from us.
Can I ship to an address that is different than mine?
Absolutely! When you checkout, you can enter a different shipping address from the billing address.
How do I wash my suit?
Machine wash mild soap on gentle cycle in cold water. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low, remove promptly. Hang to dry.
How do I clean my sequin lapel?
Hand wash in cool water, hang dry. Do not dry clean.
